A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business.
Being aware of the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we meet the needy and protect the natural environment. We have been working for the public benefit organizations for years, and not only locally. Our doors were passed absolutely for free to the victims of the millennium flood. And quoting Henry Ford, again „Quality means doing it right when no one is looking”.
CAL Corporate Social Responsibility
In 2017, we introduced production policy based on “Tree for Door” model, we started planting the forest. For each cut tree, we plant up to 2 seedlings. We do it in the spring, with the active participation of company employees, who are not indifferent to the fate of forests in Poland. This is an initiative that we will continue in the following years. In addition to the care for the natural environment through the production of doors from the most eco-friendly material- that is wood and water-soluble, environmentally friendly varnishes and waxes,, we also support community organizations.

In 2017, we gave our doors free of charge to the Relief Society “Mar-Kot” and to the Foundation for Lonely Mothers with Children and Families. We donated funds to the Association of Children’s Friends “We Are Together” and supported campaign for Blanka, who is a cancer patient. Except from the above-mentioned assistance activities, we also took care of investments in the future – which are children and their development – by supporting the Bullerbyn Foundation in the organization of the EUDEC 2017 Democratic Education Festival and funding the award at the 16th International Festival of Children and Youth Theaters “Wigraszek”.
