Thermo door standard

This is the basic standard of our wood entry doors. Solid, durable and energy efficient.

• Heat Transfer Coefficient: Ud<0.9 W/m²K (opaque door) and Ud<0.97 W/m²K (glazed door)
• Certified Security Class: burglar-proof with resistance class 2 (RC2) all models, and class 3 (RC3) for opaque selected designs.
• Doorframe: D105mm x W65mm, solid pine or oak
• Door Sash: Pine or oak, thermally insulated core, 78mm/82mm*/90mm** mm thickness.

**Arbo series built to the Thermo door standard

• Construction: Solid wood door frame stiles reinforced with either steel or aluminium profiles to increase the rigidity of door sash to prevent it from warping.
• Hinges: Four hinges adjustable in three directions
• Lock:1 multi-point lock (standard), can be upgraded to AV3 (self locking)
• Glazing: Low-E, triple glazed with P4 security glass
• Sealing: Double gasket system (double rebated)
• Threshold: Barrier-free due to threshold height of 20 mm, thermally broken, concealed fastener attachment

Arctic door standard

This is our flagship collection that is dedicated to clients who are aiming for superior energy efficiency like Passive House. Not only does the Arctic series exceed in comfort, but they are also built to provide exceptional thermal characteristics both during the winter and summer seasons.

• Heat Transfer Coefficient: Ud from 0.58 W/m²K (refers to opaque pine reference door)
• Certified Security Class: burglar-proof with resistance class 2 (RC2) all models.
• Doorframe: D105mm x W65mm, solid pine or oak
• Door Sash: Pine or oak, thermally insulated core, 90mm/94mm*/102mm** thickness

Presenta door standard

The new state of the art. External wood entry door with concealed hinges and even more, door sash thickness equals doorframe depth. Not good enough? We combined old world craftsmanship with latest technical solutions to design and build superior doors which can be equipped with numerous hardware options for manual and “Smart” operation as well as can be finished with various cladding systems, like: aluminium, Corten steel, quartz sinters, wood and other custom made options including oversize dimensions.

• Heat Transfer Coefficient: Ud<0.81 W/m²K (opaque door) and Ud<0.91 W/m²K (glazed door)
• Certified Security Class: burglar-proof with resistance class 2 (RC2) all models.
• Doorframe: D90(94*)mm x W88mm, solid pine or oak
• Door Sash: Pine or oak, thermally insulated core, 90mm/94mm* thickness

• Threshold: Barrier-free due to threshold height of 20 mm, thermally broken, concealed fastener attachment

Certified Passive House Component – the first energy efficient entry wood doors on the Polish market (also with sidelights) certified by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt, Germany. This certificate confirms that CAL doors meet high demands on the quality of the passive house building components and are a perfect solution for all those who care about thermal insulation and complete airtightness on all four sides. Modeling and simulations also included the door installation system. Applies to selected models.

Single door for openings ranging from 960mm up to 1230mm in width and from 1830mm up to 2520mm in height.

Width of the door sets with sidelight(s) can be anywhere between 1140mm and 2950mm (graded every 10mm)

This means that all CAL doors can be designed and manufactured almost to any size you need – from 930mm to 2950mm in width and from 1816mm up to 3000mm in height.
